Bryan Darling, MD
Director of Neonatology
Shore Medical Center
Dr. Bryan Darling is the Director of Neonatology at Shore Memorial Medical Center in Somers Point, New Jersey, with more than 30 years of experience in neonatal care. He has played a key role in advancing family-centered care at Shore, including leading the design of an 18,000-square-foot NICU.
Dr. Darling has helped introduce advanced technologies such as telemedicine, high-frequency jet ventilation, NAVA, and Retcam consultations for ROP evaluations, improving precision in care and reducing the need for newborn transports. He is also a frequent national speaker on neonatal innovation and telehealth, sharing his expertise to support ongoing advancements in care delivery.
In addition to his clinical and teaching work, Dr. Darling is an avid photographer and artist. He enjoys spending time outdoors through exercise and horseback riding, and finds creativity and balance outside of the NICU help fuel his passion for care innovation.
