Dr. Olayemi Ajayi is the Director of Neonatology at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital in Pennsylvania and is board-certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. With specialized training from the University of Maryland and Cooper University Hospital, she leads care for high-risk and medically complex newborns in the NICU.

Dr. Ajayi’s clinical expertise includes advanced neonatal resuscitation and neurobehavioral development. She has presented research on red blood cell transfusions in preterm infants at national conferences and is actively involved in quality improvement initiatives.
