Dr. Connie Andrejko serves as Chief Medical Officer of Onsite Neonatal Partners, providing clinical leadership and oversight across the organization with a focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and exceptional neonatal outcomes. She is passionate about advancing evidence-based care, supporting physician leadership, and fostering collaborative partnerships that benefit hospitals, clinicians, and families.

Board-certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, Dr. Andrejko earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Andrejko holds master’s degrees in Public Health and Healthcare Quality & Safety. She also completed Certified Physician Executive training through the American Association for Physician Leadership, further strengthening her commitment to clinical excellence and organizational leadership.

Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Dr. Andrejko is the proud mother of four sons, Tyler, Mitchell, Nathan, and Gavin, two of whom are NICU graduates. Her firsthand experience as a NICU parent provides a unique perspective and deepens her commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.
