Dr. Jerry Hric founded Onsite Neonatal Partners in 1996 with a vision to bring continuous, in-house neonatology coverage to community hospitals and improve access to specialized newborn care. Under his leadership, Onsite has grown into a national physician-led organization dedicated to clinical excellence, family-centered care, and strong hospital partnerships.

Throughout his career, Dr. Hric has championed innovative care models, physician leadership development, and programs that support both clinicians and the families they serve. He has held numerous leadership positions within New Jersey hospitals and maintains board certifications in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

Dr. Hric earned his undergraduate degree from Gannon University and his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College. He completed his Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan and his pediatric residency at the University of Florida.

Outside of Onsite, Dr. Hric and his wife, Susan, co-founded The Great Physician Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the well-being and professional fulfillment of healthcare providers. He is passionate about physician development, mentorship, and helping clinicians build meaningful and sustainable careers in medicine.
