Karen Breuer brings more than 25 years of healthcare financial and operational leadership to her role as President of Onsite Neonatal Partners. Since joining the organization in 2005, she has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth while fostering a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and service.

Throughout her career, Karen has led a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including finance, human resources, quality improvement, and information technology. Her leadership has helped strengthen organizational performance while ensuring alignment with Onsite’s mission and values.

Prior to joining Onsite, Karen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia and Corporate Controller at Premier Research Worldwide, where she contributed to the company’s successful IPO and NASDAQ listing.

Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College.

Outside of work, Karen is deeply family-oriented and finds her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She values the relationships that matter most and brings the same sense of dedication, compassion, and commitment to both her personal and professional life.
